Suitable for all levels. This class, blends together, traditional yoga postures, flow movements and breath, creating space for practitioners to become more sensitive to the ‘feeling tone’ of each pose.
Learning to be guided by this, the individual is able to make conscious choices as to what subtle adjustments are needed to stay relaxed and still within each asana.
